I will dip into technology, with a bias to motorcycling and old engines, whenever I can work it in. This is both an interest of mine and an area of life which I think can give wider insights.

The Missing Shade of Blue started several years ago when I was teaching a course on Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding. It is such a cool name that I bought the domain and set up a blog. That project died - it has now risen again and I am still using the same name.
